Every company has competitors, competition brings motivation to us all. We have to then come up with strategies to be better than our competition. Burberry is an elite clothing line and has elite competition such as Gucci and Polo.Burberry has three core values to protect, explore and inspire these three strategies will determine if a organization is successful or not according to Drucker. Burberry also expands its business by having stores worldwide in major places like America, China and India. Burberry also began making children clothes perfumes, shoes watches etc. Strategic themes at Burberry are intensifying non- apparel development, Investing in under - penetrated stores and pursuing product excellence. Burberry created social media sites to connect with there customers in a deep way. Burberry listen to customers and goes the extra mile for the costumers to build a relationship with there costumers that competitors will have a hard time matching.
